从输入字符串中删除多个斜杠、目录自引用和目录反向引用（在输入开头时除外）。


注意：截至2010年，normalisePath已重命名为normalizePath（MODSEC-103）。保留NormalisePath以在当前版本中向后兼容，但不应继续使用。
